Was greeted by manager holding door for me as I entered the restaurant. Counter employee greeted me as I walked in and was most pleasant and helpful.
Been here sevreal times with decent food and decent service it's never great but ok. Decent spot for a quick bite.
Cashier spoke not a word of greeting. Boy in the kitchen had long, blonde, floppy shoulder-length hair. Although he wore a baseball cap, every time he leaned over the counter his hair was swishing about over the food. Out of coleslaw early evening.
The quality of the chicken was good but the breading and overall taste was extremely peppery. I felt as though I was eating fried pepper.
This is by far the worst Zaxby's that I've ever been to. The dining area and front counter floors were sticky throughout. I mentioned it to the cashier but he gave me a sort of "I don't know" expression. After I sent my salad back twice because of items missing, it did end up tasting pretty good. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a restaurant to me. Next time I will probably drive past this one to another Zaxby's.
