Update (12/7/17): the last 5 or 6 times I have been through the drive through have been really efficient! I can tell they have been working on this. I tried to write another review to give 5 STARS but couldn’t figure that out. Thank you!
3 stars because the people are always friendly and the food is good. The wait times are HORRIBLE...but not always. Today I ordered a 3 strip meal with a coke. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 15+ minutes, I paid at the window and was asked to pull into the "reserved for drive-thru guests #1" parking spot and waited for another 8 minutes. This exact scenario has happened to me twice now. I love how they support our community, otherwise I would drive to Hoover. It would be quicker. Fast food this is not; so, as long as you have your expectations for wait time set really low, you should be very happy.
We were tired after being at a doctor appointment all morning and not wanting a heavy mid-day meal my husband and I decided to stop by Chick-fil-A Vestavia Hills. We have eaten here many times and always enjoyed a pleasant eating experience. Personnel are extremely friendly and professional, we recommend eating here when your time is limited and you are hungry. For a sweet addition to your lunch or dinner, try a Frozen Lemonade! Delicious.....
This Chik Fil A always has good food and great service. Whoever designed their traffic flow though... My word. It's impossible to get both in AND out of here.
Poor customer service. They said they would bring the food to the table. After waiting long enough for someone to bring it out, I went to the register to see what was going on. I had to ask twice to get my food. No apology offered. Felt completely ignored. I was almost going to leave without getting anything. Very poor customer service. No more eating at that location.
Needs a lot of work. Not at all up to par with cfa standards. Each time I am here something else is wrong. Cold food, even after asking for remake, poor communication, long wait times. Food is being held in warmers WAY past hold times and is not fresh or good. Is this what Im paying for? No thank you. Please consider major adjustments to your training program for night shift workers, or significant staff changes for night shift. Save your money folks.
