This store really needs improvement in the produce, meat and bakery/deli departments. Have bought packaged and bagged produce that is not fresh and other bulk produce the freshness and quality is not good. Also as in most other Walmart stores, customer service and friendliness needs improvement.
Customer service here is better than any Wal-Mart I've e ever been to. ☺
The service at this Wal-Mart has always been phenomenal. The employees have always treated me & my family like we were a part of their family. The pharmacist, Ted, and all the others who who work in the pharmacy, are just very wonderful people. Whenever I came in to get medication for illness, no matter who it was assisting me, they always showed genuine concern for my health. This neighborhood Wal-Mart is truly a strong part of the neighborhood.

Everything was great except leafy produce. Like the raw collards, turnip greens, etc. They always leave them out too long and they dry up and wilt. I had to start buying the bags of shredded collards and turnip greens because they were fresher and not dried out. Produce used to be better. So you have to find out the day they put it out if you want it fresh.
The all the Associates I came across were very friendly and kind. In particular, the one by the door tucked my heart. She made the polite effort to connect with a customer who sat down near the door. His response was that his back hurt and she was very empathetic towards him.
It was delightful to see such care and compassion and the effort that the associate put in to connect with a customer.
