Usually a 5 minute wait as there are only 2 cashiers.
I've never seen mail with more black lines, smudges, and tears in everything than from this post office. The staff inside are friendly and helpful though
Darlene is amazing! I had a horrible experience at the Meadowbrook office, so I left and went to this one. Darlene was kind, helpful, and has made this my go-to post office! Avoid Meadowbook at all costs, but Darlene makes Cahaba Heights the place to go!
The stuff are very friendly and helpful but the service is too bad more than you think I sent a box to my friend and it was first class. So, they told me it will be delivered in two weeks but that wasn’t right because it didn’t happen and when I came later they told me that I have to check online and they try to assist me. More than one month and there’s no update on the website. After many visits the update just shows and it starts moving.. I sent the box in October 27th and I expected to deliver by November 14th, which is my friend’s birthday but she just got it in December 14th.
They lose more of my mail than they deliver.
