I used to love this store. The employees I encounter are just not that friendly. I go to all pet stores and this store is just not up to true others. When the previous manager was there(blonde lady) she seemed to hire caring people. My fur baby and I just quit going.
This store has the best customer service. They are very friendly and take a lot of time to help you. I will definitely be back.
The Vestavia store did not have my dog's food in stock the day before going out of town. An employee who lives near another Pet Supermarket offered to go by the other store when she got off work to get it to bring to Vestavia the next morning. It was waiting for me before I left town!! That's 5 star service!!!
The rodents here are not properly taken care of. They were laying on wood which isn’t healthy for them, and were given wheels that can cause injury to their feet. Most of them have cuts on their feet from this. I contacted the company to let them know that this isn’t the proper care for rodents and they never responded or fixed the problem. I feel terrible for these animals :(.
