Not impressed at all. I paid for the red carpet package. I didn't expect the car to be detailed but I expected better than a generic car wash which is essentially what I got. A day later I had to look for something under one of my car seats. I found a french fry, some change, some trash, and a lighter. I keep a canvas back on the back of the passenger seat. I told them it is used for trash and asked if they would empty. They didn't. The last time I went they smudge my windshield badly and I hard a hard time getting home due to the glare from the sun on the windshield. Too much competition. Not worth the money.
LAZY. We asked him to please clean it well for the amount of money we were paying. The man said "If want it to be perfect you gotta go somewhere else, we focus on speed". Speed? I was the only one there and he didn't clean barely anything. I'm on my hands and knees in my car because they were too lazy to clean it well.
Generally expensive for my tastes, even more so because the very basic wash package doesn't clean your wheels. Only went here because I had a gift certificate. The hand towel dry at the end is nice and helps to avoid water spots, but that's not worth the up-charge. I'll stick with the Marc-1 a couple miles down 31 in Hoover. Yes, I have to vacuum and pre-wash myself at Marc-1, but that's not hard, and the overall time difference is negligible.
The crew is really nice. I love my car and they usually do a 4+ job on it.
It's hard to give any car wash more than 3 stars....like most any other car wash Mister Car Wash has good days and not so good of days. Becoming a monthly member for (I think) $49.99 really makes sense.
Love the employees. They do a good job with my cat. If they miss a spot they gladly fix it!
